Terms of Use – Eunai

Thank you for using Eunai. By accessing or using the app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Eunai.

1. Purpose and scope

Eunai is a mobile and web application supporting mindfulness, meditation, and the connection of body and mind for overall well-being.
It enables guided sessions, meditative music (Echo), voice journeys (Guidance), haptic feedback (Pulse), and health data insights.

The app may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users agree not to:

• use the app for unlawful activities,
• copy, reproduce, or modify its content without authorization,
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users’ data.

2. Registration and login

Full functionality requires creating a user account via:

• email + password, or
• third-party login (Google, Facebook, Apple).

Using third-party login means you also accept the provider’s privacy policy and terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. License and content ownership

All content available in Eunai — including music (Echo), guidance sessions, haptics (Pulse), images, sounds, descriptions, and features — is the property of Eunai or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content only within the app.

It is prohibited to:

• copy, distribute, or sell any part of the app’s content,
• use content outside the app without prior written consent from Eunai.

4. Health disclaimer and responsibility

Eunai may access health-related data such as heart rate (HR), heart-rate variability (HRV), or workout data through Apple HealthKit.

The app does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional consultation.
You use Eunai at your own risk.

If you have any medical or mental-health concerns, consult a qualified physician before using the app.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require an active subscription.
Current pricing and plans are displayed in the app and in the Apple App Store.

All purchases are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store, which governs payment, renewal, and cancellation policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

For users on Apple devices, subscriptions and billing are governed by the App Store and the
Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a subscription in the iOS app, you also agree to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available here:

6. Privacy

Data processing rules are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the app, you consent to data processing in accordance with that policy.

7. Account termination and data deletion

You may stop using Eunai and delete your data or account at any time directly in the app.

• Deleting session data and health metrics
  Within the app, you can remove all stored session data, including personal notes,
  session results, and health-related measurements such as heart rate or HRV.
  This option allows you to clear all previously saved insights while keeping your account active.

• Deleting your entire account
  You can permanently delete your entire account and all related personal data
  using the Delete Account option located in:
  Settings → Account → Delete Account.

For security reasons, account deletion requires confirmation using your password
or biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID).

Once confirmed, the deletion process is irreversible.
All associated data — including sessions, notes, and health metrics — is permanently
removed from our systems.

If you have an active subscription, it must be canceled separately through your
App Store account.

Eunai also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
or harm other users or the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be published at eunai.zone, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Any disputes shall be resolved by a competent court in Poland.
